If you choose to email or telephone us, we may receive your name, contact information, company, enquiry details and any information you decide to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information using an initial website enquiry.

How the website contact form works

The current contact form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not transmit information to a website contact-form database. Your message is sent only if you choose to send the email. Email correspondence is then handled using our business email service.

Why we use information

We use enquiry details to respond to requests, prepare proposals, communicate about requested services and manage subsequent business relationships. The legal basis will ordinarily be our legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If you become a client, additional information may be processed as needed to provide agreed services, administer the contract and comply with legal obligations.

Who may process it

Business email and website-hosting providers may process limited information on our behalf to deliver their services. We do not sell personal data. We do not use this site to display targeted advertisements.
